This is a personal account of a young man who grew up in Korah, an urban slum situated in the shadow of the
trash dump for Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Through the kindheartedness and financial support of many groups and
individuals, he, along with others, was educated and taught to begin the work of freeing their community from
a poverty level that is hard to imagine. Through the accounts of American and Canadian Mission Workers,
along with memories from the teachers and students of the programs, you will see the hand of God at work as you read these pages.
