Tomando como punto de partida "The Right to Privacy", de Warren y Brandeis, se capturan algunos gestos privatizadores del Estado, ademanes creadores de intimidad. Específicamente, en esta investigación se analizan algunos textos jurídicos por los que se vehicula el gesto privatizador, siguiendo con atención sus desarrollos internos, la génesis de la idea jurídica de la intimidad y las metáforas que apoyan la figura de la misma. En los cuatro excursos se exploran el cine, el registro sonoro, la fotografía en su relación con la intimidad.
