This book was created to help coaches understand some of the more important "Dry Side" tasks that exist within a swimming program.
The first part of this book will cover the interview process, including wet side and dry side responsibilities commonly found within a program. The second part will educate the reader on how to establish a programs group structure and what basic information is typically found in a parent and coaches handbook. The final part will cover all forms of communication found within a team. The goal is for coaches to use this book as a tool to create, organize, and properly execute a successful management structure.
