Although most people did not enjoy solving word problems in math class, that type of logic is used every day of an adult’s life. Engaging the intellectual community with Christian principles and critical reasoning, this book connects the dots between science and the supernatural, beliefs and behaviors, the Bible and Brave New World. It demonstrates how scientific and mathematical principles tie the spiritual world to literature, engineering, psychology, and philosophy.
Consider the worldview offered by mainstream science and its ramifications on human society and the ultimately meaningless dead-end that humanity represents in the evolutionary chain. Is this worldview accurate? Does one’s internal search for purpose, thirst for knowledge, and empathy toward others not contradict this worldview? The author endeavors to explain the Christian worldview in a way that even the intellectual can understand. Woe to intellectuals who claim that faith is merely for the uneducated or the mentally inferior; this thinking is both fool and folly. There is yet one thing that mainstream science and Christianity have come to agree on. The world is going to hell in a handbasket, and it’s all man’s fault.
