By implementing blended learning frameworks, educational systems can better prepare for and respond to crises, minimizing learning loss and promoting equitable access to education. By exploring the strategic development and implementation of blended learning policies and programs, organizations can develop proactive measures for crisis preparedness and long-term educational transformation. Implementing Blended Learning Policies and Programs for Crisis Preparedness explores how crises influence educators in the use of technology for hybrid or fully remote teaching. It examines the effectiveness of digital tools for blended learning policymaking and crisis response.
