About the Authors

Aftab Ara is a distinguished academician, researcher, and internationally published author at the forefront of digital innovation in higher education. As an Assistant Professor at the University of Hail in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Ara brings a systems approach to the Business and Management Information Systems Department, bridging theoretical concepts with practical applications. A prolific writer, Dr. Ara has authored three Scopus-indexed books, including the groundbreaking “The Innovation Shift in Higher Education” (Springer Nature), “Exploring the Ethical Implications of Generative AI” (IGI-Global) and “Promoting Multi-Sector Sustainability With Policy and Innovation” (IGI-Global). They have strong coding skills in C, C++, HTML, SQL, CSS, R, Python, XML, Java, and JavaScript. They also have hands-on experience with tools such as Eclipse, Rapid Miner, Tableau, and KNIME. They are passionate about learning new things and am always eager to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.
