About the Authors

Kris Helge currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Rutgers University and Texas A&M University School of Law. He also serves as Deputy Director of Information Management at Colorado Judicial. He holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, a Ph.D. and an M.L.S. from the University of North Texas, and a B.A. from Baylor University. He frequently publishes books, book chapters, and articles regarding Information Governance, IP law, open access, knowledge management, leadership, management, and technology. He also presents topics related to Information Governance at national and international conferences.

Caitlin A. Rookey is currently a professor at Tarrant County College.
