Brett grew up having a hard life. He never knew his dad and his mom worked long hours. It was all she could do to keep a roof over their head and food on the table. He never had the nicest shoes, or the nicest clothes. Growing up on the outskirts of Las Vegas, Brett would imagine what it would feel like to be a high roller living in the flashy city; being able to go to any hotel, do whatever he wanted, where money was no issue. Dedicating his life to achieving this dream, he started gambling and working as a young teenager. That is where he met The Client.
