After that it was down from Jerusalem to Jericho and the Jordan Valley, across the river and up the Moabite hills on the other side. Finally, a return to France and a last fight along the Messines Ridge.

Tubby's daughter had been writing down the stories her father told her, over many years. Now, after much reading and research and, with her father's voice ringing in her ears, she has produced this unique, authentic and lively account of a hero’s journey.
