What would you risk to have super powers?
A new drug has hit the streets of New Davenport that gives normals powers. Ace the Fifth and her new unit are tasked with finding out who is manufacturing “Power” and stopping them. But as more normals get a taste of what it’s like to be an Exceptional, demand for the drug soars, pitting the EED against pro-Power factions.
As tension in the city rises, Ace crosses paths with a deranged Exceptional who is using her powers to torture and kill other Exceptionals. Pressure mounts as Ace is pushed to find Cult and stop her before more people are killed.
