Synopsis

Ten years on, in a bar on Koh Samui, Thailand, a group of strangers escape the blistering midday heat. Bizarrely they’re the same people from the London pub - odder still, they’re totally unaware of this phenomenon. Unwittingly, they individually become pieces in a jigsaw involving the theft of Europe’s entire gold reserves.

Nurse Sawa in Nathon Hospital comes across the first piece of the jigsaw by finding two comatose bodies in her ward who appear out of nowhere. One is holding a key to Box 22 from Siam Bank. Thai English Detective Gunn is called in to make sense of the eerie circumstances which leads him to an English MP called Gerry living by Chaweng Beach.

Gerry is a key player in the blackmail of Europe’s politicians using an army of hookers - “more deadly than any fully loaded army”. The consortium’s objective - codenamed The Siam Conspiracy - is to relocate the European gold (which nobody has seen) to the East.

An unexpected flaw in the plan transpires in the form of a red-haired ghost who wanders the corridors of Gerry’s ‘Five Palms' house. Her body lies buried in the cellar and she now seeks retribution.

The bizarre coincidental events that occur in Gunn’s discoveries are actually taking place in reality today!
