Synopsis
Why can’t I still command the supernatural powers of the Medallion. Between two heartbeats… it slaughtered… five hundred green skin orc warriors… all before I could regain control. That encounter almost cost me my life.
Now, I must find another person from Earth to wield its magic. But no one will believe me. I had hoped one of my nephews would volunteer to become the next Medallion Holder. But both considered me… crazy. They even tried to have me committed. Then again, if someone told me they traveled to a different world to fight an evil sorcerer, an orc army, and dragons… maybe… yeah… maybe….
Agents of Russia, China, and those with money are hunting me. It is all because of the unique golden-colored metal I brought back from Tumoons. Somehow, it makes electronic microchips thousands of times faster.
When I left to help Tumoons weeks ago, federal agents from TIB secured and brought my amazing gold to Fort Knox for safekeeping. Now, I must take it back to prevent an international crisis… or worse… here on Earth.
All the while, a New England task force of FBI Agents and local police want to arrest me for three dead bodies discovered in the Vermont woods, two missing horses… and a missing wife.
Oh, yeah! One last thing. The Gatekeeper, Magnus, told me… Tumoon’s magic crystals only work in his world. Now, I know… they work in both.
Can I still help rescue the other world… and save Earth, too?
