Synopsis

In the time it takes many teams or organisations to think about and plan a project or outcome, some of us have already delivered it.

Alistair describes being Agile as figuring out the most effective way of delivering an outcome within valid constraints, by removing the impediments to the flow of ideas between brains.

Each of the Key Elements for Business Agility contribute to:
a. The effective delivery of Quality Outcome
b. Removing impediments to the flow of ideas
c. Reducing risk

Whether you are exploring, practicing, mastering or leading Agile, discover the simplicity and effectiveness of Natural Agility, through understanding and adopting key elements relevant to the work in front of you.

This book will help you harness a motivated, healthy, loyal and more productive workforce by unlocking the impediments to the flow of ideas at all levels of your organisation. It explores the Elements which allow us to move through life and work with grace and ease.

The Elements are grouped into four categories:

  • Focus: What should we and the team Focus on as we approach a task?
  • Organisational Design: How should we think about our structure?
  • Ways of Working: How do we work and work together for peak performance?
  • Approach & Mindset: How do we think about what we are doing?

Filled with case studies stories and anecdotes from the author's work and life, this book provides practical solutions to traditional ways of working.

The book contains self-assessments and practical suggestions on the adoption and development each of the key elements.
