Modern supply chains operate within a complex global environment where efficiency, transparency, and responsibility are critical to long-term business performance. As global supply chains grow more complex, companies must evaluate environmental, social, and ethical impacts. Effective supply chain audits assess processes, identify risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Sustainability metrics help organizations track their progress toward more responsible and resilient operations. By integrating performance measurement with sustainability goals, businesses can improve transparency, strengthen trust, and create supply chains that deliver economic value and positive social and environmental outcomes. Auditing and Measuring Supply Chain Success and Sustainability: From Compliance to Competitiveness explores the intersection of supply chain compliance, auditing practices, and performance measurement. It examines how organizations transform audits into a proactive strategy for achieving competitive advantage. This book covers topics such as data analytics, sustainable development, and business competition, and is a useful resource for business owners, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
