About the Authors

Tilottama Singh is a certified HR analyst and trained academic, researcher, and trainer with 9 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Work Dynamics. She is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in Amity University, Noida, UP. Her areas of expertise are: Human Resources & Strategy and her teaching concentration include Human resource, strategy and law. She is also involved in the course and syllabus designing and developing on various Management topics, including analytics, wellbeing and management curriculum. Richa Goel is Associate Professor-Economics and International Business at SCMS Noida, Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune. She is a Gold Medalist in her Master of Economics with dual specialization at master level accompanied with an MBA in HR and also with dual specialization at graduate level with Gold Medalist in Economics Honors also with Bachelor of Law.
