About the Author

Dr. Froilan D. Mobo is a distinguished educator, researcher, and academic leader with extensive contributions to social studies education, curriculum development, and maritime studies. He currently serves as the Director of Research at Englishers International and is a Full Professor II at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), where he teaches Demography and Economics in Social Studies. Dr. Mobo is actively engaged in scholarly research, with high-impact publications in social sciences, maritime studies, artificial intelligence, and human rights. His research works are indexed in Scopus and copyrighted at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHIL). He is also a Managing Director of FSH-PH Publications, which is visible in EBSCO. An advocate for academic excellence, Dr. Mobo is a regular member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) under DOST and a former CHED RQAT Evaluator for ITE Education. He is also the Student Council President of Bicol University Open University (BUOU), where he is completing his third master’s degree in Social Studies Education. Dr. Mobo has been a speaker and panel evaluator at national and international conferences, addressing topics such as academic writing, peer review processes, and Scopus-indexed journal publication strategies. He is a human rights advocate under the International Human Rights Movement (IHRM) Philippines and has participated in various academic steering committees, including the 2nd Education Research and Applied Business Conference (ERABC) 2024. His academic credentials include double doctorate degrees and a soon-to-be-completed third master’s degree. His work continues to shape the fields of education, research, and scholarly publication both locally and internationally.
