About the Author

Puleng Motseki is a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics Education at the University of South Africa. She holds a PhD and master's degree in mathematics education from the University of Johannesburg and a BSc from the University of the Free State. Her main research interests include teaching and learning of differential calculus concepts, conceptual understanding of geometry, error analysis in mathematics, mathematics teacher education, and indigenous knowledge relevant to the teaching and learning of mathematics at all levels. She is currently supervising masters and doctoral students and has published book chapters and articles in peer reviewed journals. She peer reviews for various mathematics education journals
