As the global climate crisis intensifies, organizations are increasingly called upon to not only reduce their environmental impact but also build resilience against climate-related disruptions. While much of the focus has been on technological and operational solutions, Human resource management plays a critical role in promoting climate change mitigation and resilience strategies.
