About the Authors

Lynne Orr has worked in higher education for 27 years in various divisions: student development, academic affairs, and enrollment management. Orr has her PhD in higher education and adult learning. In addition, Orr has experience teaching adults and traditional students at the college level. Orr has contributed to the academic publications related to assessment, college teaching and learning, engagement, technology, and special education.

Nancy J. Weiner is the Assistant Director of Access & Information Services at Cheng Library, William Paterson University of New Jersey. Nancy has been a librarian for more than 25 years, and has spent most of her career in academic libraries.
