Synopsis
Pink, your typical middle school student, and Say, a home-schooled student, have nothing in common. Nothing, that is, until they meet by accident in the New York Public Library while Pink is on a field trip for his school and Say is there checking out books. The two boys are thrown into a time traveling war against the destruction of knowledge.and the god of chaos, Apophis.They are sent back in time to Alexandria to warn the Society of Muses, a group of librarians sworn to the protection of knowledge, that books are disappearing off of the shelves of libraries across the world! Pink and Say must warn Aristarchus, the librarian of ancient Alexandria that the War for Knowledge has begun. Only Aristarchus knows how to defeat the god of chaos. Can Pink and Say deliver the message and stop Apophis before everything we know to be true disappears?
