Synopsis
From the author of the dystopian science fiction novel, The Last Book Ever Written, comes a new collection of short stories. At times a biting satire on modern society, at other times a refreshing take on what glues us together and pulls us apart, The Armor You Built travels to worlds both real and magical. Kruvant transports us to a pizzeria in New York to the technological district of Tokyo to an alternative universe where musical notes are currency and tax forms are considered art. In all of these settings, the protagonists have built an armor of protection that they need to shed in order to reveal their true selves.

A writer, teacher, real estate developer, and student of the world, Jonah Kruvant received his Bachelor's degree from Skidmore College, his Master's degree in Teaching from Fordham University, and his MFA degree from Goddard College. After living abroad in four different countries, Jonah settled in the New York area, where he wrote The Last Book Ever Written, published by PanAm Books. He resides with his wife and son.
