The senior neurosurgeon need not to repeat the instructions and worry about the proper communication each time for every patients.
Because neurosurgery practice is usually very busy and requires lot of effort by all stake holders, there is very little time for developing a tailor made management approach for each patient. But every neurosurgical patient is different and requires a very specific approach. So, there is a need for a generic guide with all basic principles so that any junior doctor or young neurosurgeon will be confident in treating any neurosurgical patient in any clinical setting.
