Dr. Patrick Mackey is a Professor of Business, Logistics, and Strategic Leadership with over 22 years of leadership experience. He began his career as a firefighter, learning the power of teamwork, trust, and discipline under pressure, then served 22 years in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. A certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he brings expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence.Passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, Dr. Mackey helps students connect real-world experience with theory to navigate complex challenges with confidence and integrity.
