Synopsis

Sefer Chaye HaOlam Haba (The Book of the Life of the World to Come) is one of the most profound and enigmatic works of Jewish mysticism, written by the 13th-century Kabbalist Abraham Abulafia. For over fifteen years, the author has meticulously studied, translated, and interpreted this foundational text, unlocking the secrets of Abulafia’s Kabbalah Nevuit—a prophetic Kabbalah that offers a transformative path to divine wisdom and spiritual awakening.

In this groundbreaking work, the author provides the first accessible English translation of Sefer Chaye HaOlam Haba, accompanied by an in-depth commentary that deciphers Abulafia’s cryptic language and illuminates his meditative techniques. Through the use of letter permutations, sacred names, and contemplative practices, Abulafia’s system leads seekers toward an intimate connection with the Divine, transcending intellectual understanding to achieve a direct prophetic experience.

This book is more than a translation—it is a guide to the spiritual depths of Judaism. The author argues that Abulafia’s teachings represent the most authentic expression of Jewish spirituality and hold the potential to shape the future of Jewish spiritual practice. Whether you are a scholar, a mystic, or a spiritual seeker, this work invites you to embark on a journey of transformation, guided by one of the greatest visionaries of the Kabbalistic tradition.
