Synopsis
The Chalbury Dagger is an ancient Celtic knife that, following Boudicca’s revolt, is interred in the tomb of its deceased owner, a great Chieftain.
For a thousand years it lay there, until one day, while ploughing a field close to the ancient collapsed tomb, it is unearthed by a Saxon farmer.
Through theft, treachery, war, and murder the dagger passes from owner to owner, journeying through time and history until the present day... and its terrible climax.
