Synopsis

An Irish retired prize fighter and the town's major employer occupies the first pew at the Catholic church. Seated with his wife and children he gives up his seat to what appears as a beggar woman, giving her some cash in the process. His crippled son, who tells the story is healed by the beggar woman's touch. The man goes to the rear of the crowded church to stand with the poor and the working people. Miracles will happen. The beggar woman appears to be different to various people in the congreation.
