Synopsis

Knowing God Face to Face is a powerful testimony of transformation, redemption, and unwavering faith. In this deeply personal account, Pastor Melvin Ramos shares his journey from a childhood shaped by abandonment, violence, addiction, and incarceration to a life radically changed by an encounter with God.

Raised in a broken home without spiritual guidance, Ramos was drawn early into rebellion, drug trafficking, and crime. His adolescence and early adulthood were marked by prison sentences, addiction, and repeated brushes with death. What seemed like a life destined for destruction became the foundation for a divine calling when God intervened at his lowest point.

Through honesty and vulnerability, Ramos recounts how perseverance, repentance, forgiveness, and surrender led to freedom from addiction, restoration of family relationships, and a calling into pastoral ministry. His story illustrates the long-term effects of family division, generational wounds, and the absence of God in the home, while offering hope through faith in Jesus Christ.

Interwoven with Scripture and lived experience, this book addresses themes such as perseverance through suffering, breaking generational cycles, the importance of Christ-centered homes, and the power of redemption. It serves as both a warning and an encouragement to parents, youth, and anyone struggling with the weight of their past.

Knowing God Face to Face is written for readers seeking restoration, spiritual renewal, and proof that no life is beyond God's reach. It is a testimony that true transformation is possible when a person encounters God and chooses to walk in faith.
