Synopsis

This Christmas, the stockings are not waiting for gifts. They are waiting for you.

The Mercer family is trying to survive their first Christmas after losing seventeen year old Liam. Elise is determined to force a “perfect” holiday, Daniel just wants everyone to get through the day, and Ava is counting the hours until it is over. Only nine year old Noah still believes in Christmas magic.

Then the stockings go up on the mantel.

Hand sewn by the lonely neighbor across the street, the four red velvet stockings look innocent enough, stitched with the children’s names and their father’s. But when midnight hits, the house seals, the chimney starts to scrape, and something in a red coat climbs down to “fill” the stockings, piece by bloody piece.

Trapped inside their own home, cut off from the outside world, the Mercers uncover a curse that has fed on families for more than a century, trading flesh for festive cheer. To break it, they must choose between slow, endless torment, damning another family, or fighting a creature woven into Christmas itself.

This time, Santa is not coming to give.

He is here to take.

Santa Isn’t Coming - He’s Here is a character driven Christmas horror novel about grief, guilt, and the terrible, holy kind of love that will burn itself alive to save the people it refuses to lose.
