This is the big issue that I had to face: It’s not WHAT I know and WHAT I have experienced; it’s WHAT I DO with WHAT I KNOW.
It was over breakfast a few months ago that my friend Ron and I were sharing and our insecurities came up. Both of us have walked with Jesus for many years, but we still confessed to each other some of our own insecurities. Shortly after, I had to write about it.
This devotional was born out of my own seasons of uncertainty and self-doubt. In those moments, God met me not with condemnation but with reassurance. Each page reflects a truth He taught me along the way—that our insecurities become stepping stones when surrendered to His love.
