Captain Williams and his elite army unit have one mission: Project Cryptid. Four cryptid creatures are captured and fitted with a mysterious control device, forcing them into service as hunters. Their target? A rogue team of legendary beings known as The American Cryptids.
Bound by fear, surveillance, and orders they cannot refuse, the newly-formed Cryptid Corps are unleashed into the wilderness tracking creatures just like themselves.
But when the truth behind Project Cryptid is revealed, everything changes.
The control is broken.
The mission is corrupted.
And the enemy is no longer just cryptids.
As the demon infiltrates the ranks and a sinister force takes command, the four outcasts are given a second chance - a choice of their own. Now allied with the American Cryptids, the former weapons must become something more: a unit that hunts demons instead of each other.
