The future of educational transformation lies in the convergence of effective leadership and intelligent technologies. In today's evolving landscape, school leadership requires empathy, ethical judgment, and deep community understanding, as well as the ability to harness advanced data systems and adaptive AI tools. By combining human insight with machine intelligence, school leaders can make more informed decisions, personalize learning, and address inequities with precision. This collaborative approach reimagines how schools operate, shifting to proactive, evidence-driven innovation, while keeping relationships, trust, and student well-being at the center of change. Human-AI Leadership for Transforming Schools explores how collaborative partnerships between educators and AI reshapes leadership practices to improve teaching, learning, and organizational decision-making in schools. It examines the ethical, strategic, and practical dimensions of integrating AI into school systems, focusing on equity, human judgment, and sustainable transformation. This book covers topics such as educational assessment, pedagogy, and data analysis, and is a useful resource for educators, engineers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
