The colony ship Mercy of Thessaly was built to carry humanity forward. It was never meant to ask so much of the people aboard.
When a catastrophic systems failure strikes near journey’s end, survival narrows with brutal speed. The children in cryosleep may still have a future. For the awakened adults, what remains is something harder: deciding what can still be preserved.
