Life is often a balance of blinding light and deep, heavy shadows. For Ruston Kelly, those shadows once stretched long enough to swallow him whole.

Ruston wears his scars on his sleeve, unlike people who try to look perfect. He created a sound he calls "dirt emo," which is a mix of country roots and the raw, open energy of a soul that is healing. This story follows a man who grew up on the move and felt too much.
