Every complex system—natural or human—tends to organize itself into layers. Societies are no exception. Yet social stratification is usually approached as a moral problem to defend or to abolish, rather than as a structural phenomenon to be understood. Stratosocial proposes a different perspective.
This book does not argue for or against social layers. It does not promote political models, reforms, or programs. Instead, it introduces a conceptual framework for observing how layers emerge, why they persist, and how conflicts arise when communication, permeability, and translation between strata break down.
Through a clear and rigorous progression, the book explores:
why stratification emerges spontaneously in complex systems,
why it cannot be eliminated without becoming invisible and more rigid,
how conflicts are often structural before they are moral,
the difference between stratification and domination,
the illusion of absolute equality,
and why social maturity depends on readability rather than uniformity.
Stratosocial is not a manifesto, but a minimal grammar for reading society without simplifying it or demonizing it. It invites the reader to suspend judgment in order to gain clarity, and to distinguish structure from abuse, understanding from justification.
