Synopsis

At the Table of Skeptics

You ,have questions. Real ones.
Not the kind that fit neatly inside a Sunday school answer. The kind that have kept you up at night. The kind you stopped asking out loud because no one ever took them seriously.

This book takes them seriously.
Ten skeptics sit around a table - a woman hurt by the church, a man who walked away over hypocrisy, a scientist who believes death is the end, a professor who has studied the Bible for forty years without answering its central question, a young man who simply never thought about it, and five others carrying their own reasons for keeping God at a distance.
Guiding the conversation is Socrates - the ancient questioner who believed truth is best found not through argument but through honest questions followed wherever they lead. He presses everyone at the table. No one gets a pass.
The evidence is real. The arguments are the strongest available. The wounds are genuine. And before the evening is over Socrates turns the table completely around and asks each skeptic the one question they have been avoiding.

"Where are your choices taking you? And when your life is over - was it worth it?"

Somewhere at this table is a person you recognize.

The question is what you will do when you find them.
