Joe Garcia is a man pushed to his limits, and beyond.
Fresh back from war in the desert, He has his demons to battle, and secrets he feels he needs to expose about Jeremy Chandler, the former FBI agent and now FBI director, and possibly headed for the second most powerful position in the US government.
