Synopsis
When awkward video store clerk Darrel Flint undergoes amateur hypnosis to explore his past lives, he unleashes a parade of historical personalities who hijack his consciousness at the worst possible moments. One minute he's stammering in his father's polyester leisure suit, the next he's channeling a primitive caveman, an arrogant Egyptian pharaoh, or a smooth 1970s disco dancer-usually while trying to woo Joyce, the stunning customer of his dreams.
Each personality shift plunges Darrel deeper into chaos: public nudity, jail time, and martial arts fights he can't remember. Meanwhile, Joyce experiences her own mysterious transformations, shifting between a frontier cowgirl, a seductive French courtesan, and other bewildering identities.
As police psychologist Dr. Veronica Vespucci investigates their condition, Darrel and Joyce discover their past-life regressions reveal an extraordinary connection spanning multiple lifetimes. But can their destined love survive the present-day mayhem of uncontrollable personality shifts, crude best friend Frank's interference, and Joyce's abusive boyfriend Bob?

About the Author
The author is a retired senior intelligence analyst, retired Navy Reserve intelligence officer and an Army veteran. He is also a certified hypnotherapist who has done many past-life regressions. He lives with his lovely wife and two adorable pooches in South Carolina.
