Synopsis
SECLUSIA is a fantastic story about Edward James. His brief life in Scotland where he was born was intense in West Dean. As a child he invented a surrealist city. He was a restless and misunderstood poet, patron of Dali, Rene Magrite, Leonora Carrington and other surrealist painters. He was a great collector of surrealist paintings. An English globetrotter. When he arrived in Xilitla, San Luis Potosi, Mexico he fell in love with the orchids that impregnated the surroundings with their beauty.
In the magical and surrealist town of Xilitla, he stayed forever, where with the support of his friend Plutarco Gastelum he built the Edward James Surrealist Sculpture Garden Las Pozas.
