Synopsis

Alex Blackstone's body shook, and it carried the bitter hint of fear.
A familiar scent since she'd married Christian aboard his yacht. It had become the soundtrack swirling through her mind, ever since Christian's monstrous attack which had chased her in her dreams.
Jonas threw her a lifeline, but Alex knew this was different. This was a terror that ran deeper than any man's wrath, a fear that gnawed at her soul.
Her son, Maxim, was gone and Jonas couldn't be found because he was no doubt tied up with newfound love, in the arms of a woman who wouldn't understand Jonas and Alex's problematic relationship.
