And when a boat carrying asylum seekers lands on the Island's shore, Jack's already tumultuous world is turned upside-down. Because the seemingly-innocent refugees are not what they appear to be. Things begin happening that shouldn't. The natural becomes the unnatural. It soon grows clear that something has infected the Island. Something evil.
