Synopsis
Three years on from the life-changing Cryptic Killer case, life was good for New York City Homicide Detective Lieutenant Jack Head. That was until he experienced an uneasy sense of Deja Vu when he received strange coded emails, seemingly linked to his latest multiple-murder investigation. Unlike the past Cryptic Killer case, this time, no deadlines were provided for Jack to break the codes to prevent a murder, yet the body count continued to rise. Consistent with the Cryptic Killer case however, Jack still had to somehow decipher these unusual coded emails, if he was to catch his killer. Only this time around, not even the police were safe from this latest killer's cross hairs.

About the Author
Australian born Steve Gee has thirty years' experience in criminal investigations, so it made sense for him to write 'whodunit' urban noir crime stories, with a focus on the investigation, to solve the plot.
Steve continues to write stories in the mystery, thriller genre. He lives with his wife, Margaret in Queensland, Australia.
