Carol Austad is a licensed clinical psychologist and a distinguished Professor of Psychology in Connecticut. She has a wealth of experience in the areas of psychotherapy, stress, and biofeedback and is a well-published author in these areas. Dr. Austad obtained her B.A. from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and completed her Ph.D. at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
