Synopsis
Oliver Oddsocks is a ten-year-old boy with a wild imagination and a love of adventure. Oliver is always dressed in his favorite collection of brightly colored mismatched socks, which he soon discovers have magical powers that can transport him to different worlds and on wild adventures.
The Adventures Begin! joins Oliver on his 10th birthday when he discovers the surprising truth about his family and his magical socks. He soon embarks on his incredible first adventure to an enchanted Ireland where he meets a host of colorful characters, including leprechauns, elves, and a powerful wizard. Oliver soon finds himself caught up in a conflict between the leprechauns and elves. With the help of Weeeli, an elfin girl, Oliver devises a plan to help resolve the stalemate and bring peace to the bickering factions.
