Synopsis
Have you ever asked yourself? Do you own your children? Are children property? If so, is there a Title or Certificate of the property? Is there a contract associated with your child/children as being property? Is there a contract that you entered into unknowingly that transferred ownership, claim and title to your children? How is it possible for a State employee from a family department able to and has the authority to make a determination (an opinion) regarding the behavior, conditions, or rearing of parents, and based on that opinion (determination) the State employee can take and seize the children by force away from their parents? All property claimed by people or corporations requires registry of ownership, i.e. cars, boats, furniture, appliances, land, homes, lots, pets, animals and any species of property. This book delves deep in to the questions of:
1. Is there presently a title/ certificate, contract or document which reflects ownership of children as property?
2. If so, who would be the registered owner of the "property"
3. Do parents have "Constitutional Rights" to their child/children?
As of April 1st, 2023 parents DO NOT have parental constitutional rights to their children. A bill was introduced in 2012 for parental constitutional rights and that bill HAS NOT been passed. In reading this book you will learn exactly why that bill will NEVER be passed and parental constitutional rights will never be added/included into the U.S. Constitution.
