About the Authors
Dylan S. Carelli is an Early Childhood Special Educator with over 20 years' experience working with young children and their families. Dylan has worked in public school settings as a paraprofessional, a preschool teacher, an itinerant ECSE, and a member of the local Child Find evaluation team. She has also worked as a member of interdisciplinary teams doing home-based Early Intervention for young children and providing coaching for their parents. She has developed and presented workshops across Colorado as a member of the Colorado Department of Education's Autism Leadership Cadre. She has videos on YouTube presenting strategies for parents to connect with their young children while supporting their development ( https: //youtube.com/@learning-journeys )
