About the Author

Meg Elizabeth Brown is an author, Bible scholar, and a Momma to their THREE(!) wonderfully energetic boys and their princess- or daughter... you choose! She married her best friend, Michael and together, God led them to plant a church in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She began digging into God's Word more deeply through the church-plant process. She graduated from Ozark Christian College with a degree in Biblical Literature and a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies with an emphasis in the Hebrew Bible at Western Seminary. She's currently pursuing her doctorate in Spiritual Formation, Leadership, and Church Planting at Asbury Theological Seminary. As she began teaching those who walked through the doors of their church and their home, she realized how much was lost in our English translations. She's seeking to help uncover what's behind our translations and bring an understanding of what those ancient texts say about our lives today.
