Synopsis
My name is Lauren and I have been battling anxiety and depression since I was eleven years old. When I was seventeen I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. This diagnosis changed so much for me, but the biggest thing was it made me feel like I wasn't alone. Over the past thirteen years, I have met the most beautiful people and heard so many stories of mental health experiences and the one thing I hear over and over is "I thought I was alone". This book is for anyone who has felt like they are alone in their mental health journey. For when the nights seem endless; when nothing makes sense. I hope these words show you that you are never alone. Ever. And when the nights seem the longest, and you want to give up, stay til sunrise.
