Born in San Antonio, Texas, Kaitlin Anthony is a life coach, wellness expert, podcast host, author and mother. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Kaitlin was a celebrity stylist for a decade before transitioning into life coaching. She is the founder of The BEAM Life, a company focused on women's empowerment, and the host of the BEAM Life podcast. Kaitlin lives in Los Angeles with her daughter and partner. The BEAM Life Journal is her first book.
