Before the High Court of Creation
There are two charges before this Court, and after thirteen point eight billion years of physical history, centuries of scientific testimony, generations of theological dispute, and enough equations to bury the courthouse twice, the questions have finally been reduced to language simple enough that nobody can hide inside vocabulary.
Charge Number One: Did the creation of the universe, lead to the creation of life.
Charge Number Two: Was the universe created by Music or by a Singularity.
The plaintiffs, the Atheists and Demons of the House of Satan, have entered appearances on behalf of a universe without divine intelligence. Dr. Kheper Real and the Church of Wnn Nfr QRST appear for the proposition that creation bears the signature of intelligence from its foundation, that this intelligence becomes physically legible through organized Energy/Information, mathematical relationship, fields, waves, memory, transformation and increasingly complex organization, and that the most comprehensive word for its first and continuously developing expression is Music: organized change through time, wave waving.
The Court has instructed both sides that mythology, reputation, institutional authority and inherited terminology will receive no special privilege. A scientific term will receive precisely the evidentiary weight its observations justify. A theological term will receive precisely the philosophical weight its argument justifies. Calling something “natural” does not explain it. Calling something “supernatural” does not explain it. Calling something “mathematical” does not cause it. Calling something “random” does not identify a mechanism. Calling something a “singularity” does not place a physical singularity into evidence.
The Court wants the creation story.
And the Court wants receipts.
