„Max und Moritz” had originally been composed for salon orchestra with a solo xylophone. Peter Sadlo, the arranger, left the solo part unchanged. Instrumentation can range from trio to octet. This playful music for entertainment is well-suited both for ensembles used to play together and for advanced players being instructed in ensemble play. Instrumentation: percussion (Trio bis Oktett)
